About The Position
Arcadis is seeking a People Business Partner to join our North America team and support our Resilience business. This role will act as the focal point for all people-related matters within the portfolio, managing both strategic and operational HR support. The People Business Partner will establish trusted relationships with senior management, providing thought leadership and coordinating HR operational excellence. This position is crucial in leading the people change required for the impending transformation and delivering value-added services that align with the organization's business objectives. The role can be based in any Arcadis office within the United States.
