This is primarily an HR Business Partner role, but it also carries additional responsibilities requiring confidence, subject matter expertise, autonomy, and requires sound judgment, particularly with in-country expertise. Reporting to the People Operations Director, you will own the day-to-day mechanics of how people join, grow, and move through the business, ensuring full compliance with U.S. employment law and working in close partnership with People Business Partners to align U.S. HR operations with global HR initiatives. You will align U.S. people operations with global frameworks and ways of working, bringing consistency where it matters while reflecting local requirements. You will also play a critical part in translating business strategy into practical people operations solutions. You will guide, support, and develop two People Generalists, providing direction, oversight, and development to ensure delivery.
