Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute a LinkedIn Advocacy Strategy
  • Identify 3-5 high-priority audiences aligned with Intuitive's hiring needs, such as engineering and technical candidates, diverse talent from underrepresented communities, and global professionals in key markets.
  • Create a consistent content calendar, producing 1-2 posts per audience per week.
  • Create and execute on a strategy to inspire internal engagement.
  • Content Creation and Management
  • Write compelling LinkedIn posts highlighting employee stories, company culture, and values.
  • Create multimedia (images, videos, infographics) to enhance posts.
  • Monitor engagement metrics to determine the effectiveness of content.
  • Analytics and Reporting
  • Track engagement, reach, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) for LinkedIn advocacy campaigns.
  • Provide monthly reports and suggest data-driven improvements to boost performance.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking for employer branding and advocacy on LinkedIn.
  • Identify workplace awards we should be participating in and work cross-functionally to answer selected workplace award nomination form.

Requirements

  • Current enrollment in a Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or relevant degree-seeking program at the Bachelor's level.

Nice-to-haves

  • Strong creative and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms.
  • Basic graphic design and video editing experience through tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Passion for storytelling and building meaningful connections.
  • Adept at managing multiple projects and shifting priorities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Professional and adaptable, able to interface with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated experience in resolving complex challenges using creative and effective methods.
