About The Position
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented People and Learning Operations Intern to support the operational aspects of our People and Learning functions. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on foundational HR experience and will support various HR and learning initiatives. You will work on employee lifecycle management, process optimization, data analytics, and reporting to help drive efficiency and scale programs effectively. This internship is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in HR operations, analytics, and automation, with a focus on enhancing efficiency, removing manual tasks, and using data visualization to generate insights.
