This role delivers an exceptional employee experience with a strong focus on talent acquisition support and on-site engagement. The People and Culture Coordinator also supports Benefits, HRIS and other Centers of Excellence within People and Culture as needed. Must be on site in Aliso Viejo, CA.

Requirements

  • Associates degree preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional and approachable demeanor
  • Passionate about creating inclusive and positive employee and candidate experiences
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow within the People & Culture function
  • Excited to contribute to on-site culture and engagement at our Aliso Viejo office

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using an ATS or HRIS (JobVite and Workday) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Post job descriptions across job boards, social channels, and internal platforms
  • Screen resumes and potentially conduct initial candidate outreach to ensure timely communication
  • Schedule interviews and manage logistics for candidates and hiring teams
  • Maintain accurate candidate data and reporting within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Support employer branding initiatives (e.g., career page updates, social media content, recruitment events)
  • Assist in managing relationships with external recruitment agencies when needed
  • Provide backup onboarding support for new hire onboarding and orientation to ensure a seamless employee experience
  • Maintain accurate employee records and assist with HRIS data management
  • Provide day-to-day support for employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and general HR matters
  • Support the planning and execution of on-site employee events
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, training sessions, and company-wide gatherings at the Aliso Viejo office
  • Partner with the Facilities team to maintain a positive, welcoming, and safe work environment
  • Act as an on-site point of contact for visitors, new hires, and vendors
  • Ensure open communication with staff and develop positive employee relations
  • Organize and coordinate the maintenance of department records, ensuring complete accuracy and confidentiality
