About The Position

The People and Culture Coordinator at Stitch Fix plays a vital role in enhancing the employee experience and fostering a thriving workplace culture. The coordinator will manage leave of absence processes, safeguard employee data, and facilitate new hire orientations, all while serving as a trusted point of contact for associates.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Human Resources or related fields, focusing on employee engagement and data confidentiality.
  • Experience working with large entry-level populations (500+) in distribution, manufacturing, or retail.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail in executing plans.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Docs for data management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an eye for design.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience facilitating leave of absence processes and new hire orientations.
  • Familiarity with legal regulations related to employee data and LOA management.
