Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience; Master of Human Resources or MBA preferred.
  • PHR/SPHR/GPHR Certification preferred.
  • Prior experience as a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP).
  • Strong project management skills and ability to achieve objectives.
  • High degree of emotional and social intelligence.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence for impact.
  • Advanced analytical skills and experience with change management.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience with performance management and employee relations.
  • Prior experience supporting manufacturing and technical job families.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Site Leadership to drive a vibrant workplace culture.
  • Engage with employees daily to foster a sense of value and belonging.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance employee engagement.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on HR practices and compliance.
  • Address topics related to working time, shift systems, and pay equity.
  • Lead local recruiting efforts and coordinate open interview days.
  • Present HR policies and changes to employees to maintain a positive culture.
  • Support cultural initiatives and strategic change management efforts.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement cultural change initiatives.
