About The Position

The Sr. Analyst, Compensation will provide high-level analytical support for the development, implementation, and administration of compensation projects and programs for all DaVita businesses to ensure alignment with business strategies and teammate care while considering financial drivers. The Sr. Analyst will work independently, on project teams, and lead projects. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Provides analytical support to compensation projects; identifies key questions, analyzes data and develops recommendations; helps to produce presentations for leadership. Project work may be individual assignments or involve participation in multi-function committees Supports multiple corporate and operating groups as a compensation partner. Builds and maintains business relationships with business partners and leaders. Understands business needs, conducts qualitative and quantitative analysis, develops recommendations, and communicates to PS and business partners Completes internal equity and external market analyses as needed, on an ad-hoc or enterprise-wide basis Assists with annual focal compensation planning process, providing analytical, communication, education support as needed Other duties as assigned.
