About The Position

We're looking for a part-time MBA intern for our People Analytics team. You'll be an integral part of the People organization, focusing on a specific data-oriented project to help the organization make data-informed decisions, working with existing data to build tools that answer some of the company's most important questions. Internship Term: Winter/Spring 2026 (January - April) Commitment: 10-15 hours per week Location: Onsite in Somerville, MA (hybrid)

Requirements

Current MBA student in the Boston area with availability to work onsite in Somerville at least 1 day per week
Outstanding project and stakeholder management skills
Strong technical foundation in SQL, Looker, Tableau, BigQuery, Google Sheets, and/or similar tools
Knowledge of AI tools and implementation
Ability to work independently to scope and execute an impactful project

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with people data and HR tools (HRIS, ATS, engagement survey tools, etc) a plus

Responsibilities

Scope and execute a strategic people data project focused on AI implementation and/or data accessibility and within and beyond the People team.
Work with our People Analytics and Data Engineering teams on best practices to build a solid foundation that will be used daily.
Collaborate with People Analytics and Talent Strategy to answer questions that help us support and develop our Formlings as they do their best work.
