About The Position

The People Analytics Manager will leverage strategic analytic skills to transform raw people data into actionable business insights. This remote role involves collaborating with the People Team and corporate functions to design and automate reports and dashboards that support decision-making and strategic planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Economics, or Statistics preferred but not required.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience supporting business decision-making with reporting, analysis, and strategy.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL.
  • Experience with Power BI is required; Python/R experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple projects and deliverables with limited direction.
  • Extensive experience in aggregating, standardizing, interpreting, and modeling data quickly.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with business leaders for strategic partnerships.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively through PowerPoint.

  • Familiarity with data governance and data quality best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize advanced analytics techniques to analyze large datasets and identify trends.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on business intelligence tools and techniques, including data visualization and predictive modeling.
  • Design and develop metrics, predictive models, dashboards, and data reporting for business initiatives.
  • Create executive-level reports to support strategic direction and communicate analytic insights.
  • Conduct market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and trend analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of strategic initiatives and business processes, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Connect and transform data from multiple People technology systems into actionable analysis and forecasts.
  • Partner with People Business Partners and business leaders to identify key metrics that align with business strategies.
  • Perform analysis around internal measurements to monitor People program effectiveness.
  • Ensure timely delivery of reporting and insights, building user-friendly leadership dashboards.
