Requirements

  • BA or BS degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or 8+ years People/HR analytics, business analytics, industrial/organizational psychology, consulting, or similar experience.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Hybrid role: on-site at least three days per week in Foster City, California.

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to proactively drive your projects while working collaboratively.
  • Python, R, ThoughtSpot, AWS, Workday, and/or Tableau proficiency.
  • Machine learning or other advanced statistics (e.g., latent growth curve modeling) experience.
  • People analytics, consulting, and/or human resources experience.

Responsibilities

  • Consult with HR, executive, and cross-functional stakeholders to convert business challenges into accurate analyses and crisp insights.
  • Design and automate analytics processes to deliver compelling insights at scale.
  • Integrate and analyze complex datasets using diverse methods (e.g., survival analysis, machine learning, text analysis).
  • Evaluate the impact of programs, decisions, and events on our company's talent and reputation.
  • Articulate data-driven narratives that vividly reflect key dynamics and deeply resonate with stakeholders.
