Manage the build out of a People Analytics platform in Power BI, working closely with the Technology team to efficiently integrate data from SuccessFactors Employee Central into Snowflake and Power BI. Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Power BI dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to stakeholders across the organization. Translating business requirements into technical specifications and creating reports that meet business needs. Optimizing performance of BI solutions, including data modeling and report refresh efficiency. Provide support to People business partners, people leaders, and employees about effectively interpreting and acting on insights. Produce toolkits, training, and self-service analytics to drive data fluency and impact. Maintain knowledge of trends and best practices in People analytics and data governance, including tools and technologies, and how to translate that knowledge into existing People operations. Provide critical reporting for regulatory and legal inquiries including standardized reporting and various ad-hoc inquiries. Staying current on Power BI features, updates, and industry best practices. Creating documentation for data models, workflows, and processes. Carry out other duties as assigned.
