About The Position

As a People Analytics Coordinator, you will provide support to a nationwide labor and employment people analytics practice based out of the Firm's Chicago office. Under close supervision of attorneys, you will be responsible for assisting with client deliverables, supporting reporting needs, and monitoring overall activities and work of the People Analytics practice group members. On any given day, you will be working with firm partners and business colleagues on a variety of requests and projects. Your responsibilities will include providing support in various aspects of case management affirmative action audits, including preparation of documents for production and maintenance and organization of data and audit or project-related information. You will compile and organize documents for annual plan preparation, perform research and analysis of discrete topics to support firm publication efforts, and maintain best records management practices across a wide array of matters. Additionally, you will perform data compilation, data cleanup, and quality assurance on data transfer and integrity, support specific clients to track and report on key developments, and work closely with dedicated Project Managers and attorneys to integrate and deploy tools during all phases of plan development. You will also reinforce internal processes and analytics best practices while collaborating with the firm’s People Analytics group on Pay Equity projects and OFCCP compliance.
