About The Position
Life Time is seeking a People Analytics Analyst to join the People Analytics team. In this role you will balance your strong understanding of Business Analytics and/or Human Resources (HR) with strategic consulting skills to help solve Human Capital and Executive leader's most complex and pressing challenges. As a member of our People Analytics team, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting people data to provide valuable insights and recommendations to drive informed business decisions to promote Life Time's growth.
