Vested HR is a growing human resource partner for small to mid-sized businesses through our Professional Employer Organization ( “PEO” ) service model. We have assembled a team of diverse, smart, successful, and seasoned professionals who have personally experienced and believe in the importance of a PEO to businesses and the community. We are looking to expand our team with bright, driven, and passionate employees who want to truly help our clients succeed in the businesses they own and manage. We hire individuals who will represent Vested HR professionally and positively to our clients, and who possess strong communication skills, including verbal, written, and texting abilities. The PEO Implementation Specialist is responsible for ensuring new clients experience a smooth, organized, and positive transition into our PEO. This role requires a highly personable, outgoing individual with strong emotional intelligence, someone who can “read the room,” pick up on body language, connect easily with new people, maintain a positive attitude, and present confidently with a smile. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, process-driven, and comfortable leading demonstrations, trainings, and onboarding calls. This person will be instrumental in executing and enhancing our onboarding workflow, supporting system configurations, and delivering first-class client experience.
