About The Position

The Office of Admissions & Financial Aid plans to hire 3 members of the Class of 2025 to work as Penn State Dickinson Law Admissions Representatives from mid-August to mid-November (exact start/end dates and length of service are negotiable). Admissions Representatives are responsible for representing Penn State Dickinson Law at a variety of recruiting events both virtually and in person including LSAC Forums, law and graduate school fairs, and private presentations for Pre-Law groups. In addition, Admissions Representatives are expected to communicate with prospective candidates as requested via email/phone and virtual platforms, and complete various administrative tasks related to recruitment such as comparing travel costs, booking travel/preparing travel itineraries, and tracking travel expenses for reimbursement and reconciliation.

Requirements

• Must operate a motor vehicle as part of job duties.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Successful completion of a motor vehicle records check.
• Successful completion of standard background checks.
