Requirements

Licensed Physical Therapist (DPT) in the state of California.
Strong background in pelvic health and/or orthopedics; minimum 5 years of experience preferred.
Specialized certification in pelvic floor rehab (e.g., Herman & Wallace, APTA CAPP-Pelvic, WCS)
Excellent communication, empathy, and active listening skills.
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-centered environment.
Passion for education, both in the clinic and the wider community.

Nice To Haves

Additional certifications highly valued, such as OCS, CYT, CSCS, certified pilates instructor, ATC, etc)

Responsibilities

Perform detailed, compassionate assessments tailored to pelvic health concerns across all genders and life stages.
Design and deliver personalized, evidence-based treatment plans that empower patients to achieve long-term wellness.
Educate and support patients in understanding pelvic floor function, recovery, and self-care strategies.
Collaborate daily with an interdisciplinary team that includes massage therapists, trauma-informed mental health providers, certified Pilates instructors, and community care partners such as acupuncturists, midwives, naturopaths, and surgeons.
Engage in ongoing professional development, community wellness initiatives, and clinical mentorship opportunities.
