Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist

Mountain View Pain Center is looking for a motivated, patient-centered Physical Therapist to join our growing multidisciplinary team. In this role, you’ll deliver high-quality, evidence-based care and collaborate closely with chiropractors, acupuncturists, and medical providers to help patients achieve life-changing results. In this role, you’ll deliver high-quality, evidence-based care and collaborate closely with chiropractors, acupuncturists, and medical providers to help patients achieve life-changing results. If you’re passionate about clinical excellence, teamwork, and professional growth, this is the place for you. We are looking for someone who either has pelvic floor experience or is interested in attending additional courses to become a pelvic floor provider. Experience or interest in treating both male and female patients is preferred but female only pelvic floor providers will also be considered. Schedule will be 60/40 pelvic/ortho.
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist License, or in the process of receiving one
- Strong clinical reasoning and confidence in developing comprehensive treatment plans
- Ability to work in a collaborative, team-first environment
- Commitment to providing exceptional patient care
- Good interpersonal skills to engage patients effectively in their treatment plan
Nice To Haves
- pelvic floor experience or is interested in attending additional courses to become a pelvic floor provider

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and create individualized, goal-driven treatment plans
- Treat a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions using exercise-based and manual therapy approaches.
- Partner with PTAs to deliver efficient, effective care and ensure continuity of treatment
- Communicate frequently with referring providers to coordinate care across disciplines
- Contribute to a positive, professional, and growth-oriented clinic culture
