Physicians’ Clinic of Iowa’s Department of Urology is looking for a full-time Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist to join our growing team! Requirements

Candidate must be knowledgeable in applying skills and adhere to safety regulations.
Qualified applicants are required to have Physical Therapist license in Iowa with specialized education and certifications in pelvic floor therapy.
Excellent communication skills are essential.
Candidates must be or become proficient in the use of computer systems, including electronic medical records (EMR).
demonstrating a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care, collaborating effectively with team members, and maintaining a high standard of reliability and professionalism.

Nice To Haves

Two years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage patient caseload and provide initial and ongoing evaluations.
Plans and prepares treatment plans describing a strategy, purpose and anticipated outcome.
Administers manual exercises, application of physical agents (i.e.: ultrasound, electric stimulation)
Evaluates effects of treatment at various stages and adjusts treatments to achieve maximum benefit often conferring with physician and other practitioners.
Patient education for at-home exercises.
Record evaluations, daily treatment notes, monthly progress notes and discharge summaries timely and completely.
