Requirements

Ability to perform simple math, add, subtract, multiply, divide, and take measurements.
Knowledge and understanding of the job duties of Downstream Operators, Material Handlers, and Reel Builders
Knowledge and understanding of the grinder, smooth core procedures, and operation.
Valid lift truck/forklift license
Working knowledge of grinders, extruders, vacuum systems, resin systems, and quality control standards

Responsibilities

Know and understand the quality and material requirements for all products.
Monitors operating parameters of product and extrusion equipment to confirm that product materials and quality requirements are being met.
Maintains accurate documentation of all ground product dimensions on reports and accurately tracks weights, and labeling products appropriately.
Ensures all unused tooling is returned to the tool room.
Provide all clean-up in the grinding area, including waste disposals.
Follows all company-standard and position-specific safety requirements, and reports any unsafe working conditions or broken equipment to the Extrusion Supervisor
Performs any other duties assigned by Supervisor and/or Production Manager

Benefits

Competitive starting hourly wage of $19.00 per hour
Day Shift 7:45 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Work HALF of the month, having every other weekend as a 3-day weekend! (12-Hour, 2-2-3 schedule)
