ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Analyze and Determine Proper Set Points and Adjustments for the Equipment. Able to Perform Proper Process of Startup and Shutdown of the Equipment. Able to Perform a Detailed Shift Report with Control Room Operator. Effective Daily Communication with Maintenance. Perform and Document Required Inspections of Equipment. Analyze Equipment Performance and Make Necessary Tooling Changes. Ensure All Work is Performed in a Timely and Safe Manner. Maintain all Equipment, Tools, and Workstations. Ability to Utilize Skills to Improve Equipment Optimization and Reliability. Maintain Logs, And Record Labor, Materials and Equipment Used. Effectively Communicate to All Team Members and Management any Equipment Deficiencies. Meticulous Attention to Detail; Able to Follow Instruction both Written and Verbal. Participate in Breakdown Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, Focused Improvement, and 5S Projects. Ensure Workers Adhere to Local, State and Federal Codes and Regulations. Perform Other Related Duties as Assigned. Requirements QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS High School Diploma or Equivalent Education; Trade School or College Preferred. One Year of In Plant Manufacturing Experience. Ability to Work Independently and Utilize Critical Problem Solving and Decision-Making Skills to Generate and Implement Solutions throughout the Process. Must Maintain Compliance within all LOTO, Confined Space, Hot Work, Working at Heights Policies. OSHA 10 Training and Experience. Ability to Work Extended Hours to Includes Nights, Weekends, and Holidays. Ability to Continuously Walk or Stand, Bend, Squat, Climb Stairs and Lift Items Above Shoulders.
