About The Position
The Pellet Mill Operator is responsible for the setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the pellet mill and its associated machinery. This role ensures the production of high-quality pellets by monitoring ingredients, performing quality checks, and operating bagging and sealing equipment. The operator must adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and contribute to their improvement to enhance productivity and product quality.
