Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers entering the restaurant.
• Process phone orders in a timely manner.
• Take and process customer orders into the POS system.
• Process and total orders on the POS system and apply customer payments.
• Handle credit card transactions, cash payments, and provide correct change.
• Package take-home orders for customers.
• Tabulate data regarding bills and restaurant expenses in the POS system.
• Maintain a solid knowledge of products and services available in the unit.
• Clean and stock the work area and maintain dining area and restrooms.
