About The Position

As a PEGA Senior System Architect (SSA), you will make an impact by designing and implementing robust Pega solutions that align with business objectives and enhance operational efficiency. You will be a valued member of the Enterprise Platform Services team and work collaboratively with our clients and other key members of the Supply Chain Management team.

Requirements

  • PEGA Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) is required.
  • 5 to 12 years of overall IT experience, with a minimum of 5 years in PEGA development.
  • Strong expertise in Pega Platform, Pega Integration, and Pega Sizing & Capacity Planning.
  • Proficiency in Pega Monitoring & Control and Pega Release Management.
  • Experience in Pega Performance Tuning and Pega Installation.
  • Domain knowledge of Payer with additional experience in Provider being advantageous.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model collaborating with remote and onsite teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement robust Pega solutions that align with business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Oversee Pega Integration processes to ensure seamless connectivity and data flow across systems.
  • Conduct Pega Sizing & Capacity Planning to optimize resource allocation and system performance.
  • Monitor and control Pega applications to maintain system health and prevent disruptions.
  • Manage Pega Release Management processes to ensure timely and successful deployment of updates.
  • Perform Pega Performance Tuning to enhance application responsiveness and user experience.
  • Lead Pega Installation efforts ensuring compliance with best practices and organizational standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Pega solutions that meet client needs.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues by minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for Pega processes and configurations to support knowledge sharing.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Pega solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest Pega technologies and trends to drive innovation within the organization.
