About The Position

The candidate will be a Principal engineer who has strong hands on experience with Pega Platform ( PRPC, decisioning, infinity, PEGA Cloud ) , integration patterns( REST, SOAP, APIs) with other systems . Lead design, development, migration, and deployment of scalable, robust Pega applications Mentor junior developers, system architects, and foster a culture of technical excellence Deep knowledge of object-oriented design, multi-threading and concurrent programming. Demonstrated expertise in modern programming languages such as Java, with a strong background in asynchronous programming, high-performance applications, and system design—including microservices, databases (SQL/NoSQL), message queues, and API development. Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions. Candidate should have strong understanding of Pega Constellation and should be able to build advanced UI's with Angular, React etc.. Should be able to build new Applications and Workflows with Latest pega features taking advantage of the AI features like Blueprint Architect and Transform Business requirements into Pega solutions using latest Pega features.

Requirements

• strong hands on experience with Pega Platform ( PRPC, decisioning, infinity, PEGA Cloud )
• experience with integration patterns( REST, SOAP, APIs) with other systems
• Deep knowledge of object-oriented design, multi-threading and concurrent programming
• Demonstrated expertise in modern programming languages such as Java, with a strong background in asynchronous programming, high-performance applications, and system design—including microservices, databases (SQL/NoSQL), message queues, and API development
• 6-10 years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis role
• strong understanding of Pega Constellation and should be able to build advanced UI's with Angular, React etc..
• Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or Engineering

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree preferred
