About The Position

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Senior Pega Developer.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing Pega applications and integrations.
• Experience with UI design, dashboards, and reports in Pega.
• Knowledge of Agile Scrum, CI/CD tools, and deployment automation.
• Familiarity with Oracle SQL, JavaScript, Java, HTML, CSS3, SOAP, REST/JSON, and XML.

Nice To Haves

• PEGA CLSA/CSSA certification.
• Experience with Microservices and APIs.
• Familiarity with tools like Jenkins, Splunk, and Hadoop.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop overall Pega applications including reusable classes and frameworks.
• Implement PEGA Enterprise Class Rules, Flows, Activities, Reports, and Case Management.
• Automate testing, package deployment, and application monitoring.
• Optimize Pega server configuration and Oracle database queries for performance testing.
• Conduct Pega code reviews and ensure guardrail compliance.
• Utilize Agile Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira and Bitbucket.
