The Best Version of us, Starts with You! We CGI is seeking a Full Time Pega Lead Developer to join our highly skilled team on the latest technologies. It helps the candidate to shape the career with matured agile project delivery, advanced Tech stack process. The position is open to a Hybrid working model and can be located either in Bloomfield, CT (Preferred), Raleigh, NC, Dallas and/or Austin TX. Your future duties and responsibilities: Work in an onshore-offshore model, with 4-5 offshore developers Follow engineering best practices and take pride in it Agile Ceremonies - Participate and Contribute Applications Development - Analysis Design Development Testing Support Team Members

Requirements

  • At least 8+ years of experience in Full Stack Engineering practice - Designing, developing, deploying & testing
  • 6+ years of Pega implementations
  • Experience in designing and developing process-based solutions or BPM (business process management)
  • Pega CSSA certified
  • Experience with Pega Core objects, rest API's
  • Experience with background processing and class structure
  • Experience in full PRPC implementation cycle including enterprise Class Structure design and Rulesets design
  • Perform code reviews and ensure compliance with application quality, coding, UI and Corporate standards, including review alert logs, running pre-flight and PAL
  • Enforce best practices in PEGA architecture / design / coding
  • Strong communication, problem-solving and leadership skills
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.

  • Healthcare Domain knowledge (nice to have, not mandatory)
