We are looking for a highly skilled PEGA Developer with 6+ Years strong experience in designing and implementing PEGA applications, data models, and integration interfaces. The ideal candidate will have hands on expertise in SQL, Oracle, data modeling, and building integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, JMS, MQ, and PEGA Connectors.

Requirements

  • 6+ Years strong experience in designing and implementing PEGA applications, data models, and integration interfaces.
  • Strong hands on experience in PEGA PRPC.
  • Expertise in PEGA integrations using REST, SOAP, JMS, MQ, and connectors.
  • Good experience in SQL and Oracle databases.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, data design, and PEGA data structures.
  • Knowledge of Pega Rules, DCO, rule management, and application structure.
  • Solid understanding of integration lifecycle and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of PEGA deployment and DevOps pipelines.
  • Experience with API security, OAuth, SSL, and authentication mechanisms.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

  • PEGA PRPC (latest versions preferred)
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure)

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and configure PEGA application components including case types, flows, activities, data pages, UI, and decision rules.
  • Work on PEGA Rulesets, rule resolutions, and reusable components.
  • Implement PEGA best practices for coding, performance, and maintainability.
  • Participate in requirement analysis, design discussions, and sprint planning.
  • Build and configure PEGA integration components such as: REST Connectors/Services, SOAP Connectors/Services, JMS, MQ integrations, Connect-HTTP, Connect-SOAP, Connect-REST, Connect-JMS, Connect-MQ
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize API performance.
  • Validate incoming/outgoing JSON/XML structures and integration mapping.
  • Create, optimize, and maintain data models in PEGA including: Data types, Data pages, Data transforms
  • Work with SQL and Oracle databases for: Writing complex SQL queries, Validating data, Performing backend data troubleshooting
  • Ensure data integrity and alignment with business rules.
  • Support unit testing, integration testing, and UAT.
  • Ensure compliance with project standards and coding guidelines.
  • Collaborate with QA, architects, and business analysts to deliver high quality solutions.
