About The Position

Requirements

Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, along with sector focus
The ability to handle end to end ERP package customization and implementation
A knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
A passion for design and hands-on coding experience
A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders
Design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade applications using Pega PRPC in accordance with Pega Guardrails and best practices
Lead development activities within Agile/Scrum teams, including sprint planning, estimation, design reviews, and retrospectives
Translate business requirements into scalable Pega solution designs, including case types, data models, flows, UI rules, and integrations
Develop reusable Pega components and frameworks to improve delivery efficiency and consistency
Collaborate with architects and technical leads to ensure alignment with solution architecture and enterprise standards
Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers
Support integration with external systems using REST/SOAP services and message-based architectures
Troubleshoot and resolve complex application and performance issues
Participate actively in design, build, testing, and deployment phases of the project lifecycle
Contribute to DevOps and CI/CD pipelines, supporting automated builds and deployments
Engage with stakeholders and clients, providing technical input and participating in solution discussions and proposals
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.

Nice To Haves

Strong understanding of Pega Case Management, Decisioning, and UI frameworks
Experience with Pega integrations (REST, SOAP, file-based, and JMS)
Working knowledge of Pega Dev Studio and App Studio
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or similar automation platforms
Familiarity with Git or other source control systems
Knowledge of relational databases and SQL concepts
Exposure to performance tuning and production support in Pega applications
Experience using JIRA and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools
