About The Position
The position involves designing and developing Pega BPM applications, focusing on solution architecture within the Pega PRPC environment. The role requires designing class structures, application frameworks, and data models while coordinating with the project team to ensure that the business architecture aligns with customer needs. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for writing new code to fix bugs or enhance existing functionality and design. The role also includes reviewing workflow charts created by business analysts and programmers, designing and documenting database architecture using logical and physical data modeling tools, and running routine and ad-hoc queries as requested by clients. The candidate will conduct data exploration of new tables and schema in a data warehouse environment and engage in discussions with leadership regarding team size and scope. Participation in technical design and requirements gathering meetings with clients is also expected, along with providing effective solutions to complex business problems.
