About The Position

CTG is seeking to fill a Pega Application Developer opening for our premier client. Location: New York, NY Duration: 9 months An Application Developer with expertise in Pega is responsible for designing and implementing Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC), Business Applications, and Rules within the BPM Suite. They also integrate the BPM suite with supporting applications and have extensive experience using Pega PRPC and the Pega framework. The developer is proficient in the Pega implementation cycle, including tool installation, business application and rules development, business process modeling, testing, and deployment. They should have a basic understanding of the BPMS methodology and the main features of BPMS workflow capabilities. Additionally, they design and develop complex BPM application interfaces with Mainframe, web, and client server-based legacy systems, utilizing their business and technical knowledge to analyze programs/applications/systems and provide strategic recommendations to management.

Requirements

  • PEGA PRPC design and development expertise.
  • Proficiency in workflow orchestration and automation.
  • Experience with API-first integration architecture.
  • Ruleset and version management skills.
  • Ability to debug using Clipboard, Tracer, and logs.
  • Low-code app configuration using App Studio and Dev Studio.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong commercial mindset and proven ability to leverage off-the-shelf AI capabilities.

Nice To Haves

  • PEGA certifications, such as PCSA, PCSSA, or CLSA.
  • Experience integrating PEGA with pension SOR systems like ACE, RDS, PCTS, GPAY, and RAP.
  • Knowledge of Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN), workflow transformation, and Agile delivery methodologies
