Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Understanding of mental health or substance use systems based on personal experiences.
• Certification in Intentional Peer Support or willingness to obtain it.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and listening.
• Ability to work well with diverse groups and maintain confidentiality.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and insurance.

• Experience in addiction counseling.
