The MIYA Program provides mobile services and support to young adults transitioning from the social service system to independent community living. It empowers individuals to make decisions about their lives while working closely with families and natural supports to achieve recovery goals and maximize long-term stability. The program uses a clinical and skill development approach to help young adults build adaptive skills needed for independent living. MIYA promotes self-determination and supports participants in choosing where they live, learn, work, and socialize, fostering stability and long-term recovery.
