Requirements
- High School diploma or GED.
- One (1) year sustained recovery from a mental health or substance use disorder.
- Ability to operate basic office and electronic devises and their related software.
Responsibilities
- Serve as an active member of the client’s treatment team, including participation in team meetings and treatment planning meetings.
- Implement and coordinate recovery plans for individual clients in assigned population group, including evaluation, consultation, education, and follow-up services.
- Serve as role model for clients by sharing own recovery process and teaching effective coping techniques and self-help strategies.
- Provide advocacy services on behalf of clients.
- Inform supervisor and other members of treatment team, as indicated, of issues/concerns related to individual clients.
