The PSS is a member of interdisciplinary teams participating in collaboratively supporting an individual’s self-defined and self-directed care. The PSS will offer support to individuals who have recently experienced an opioid overdose or are at risk of experiencing an opioid overdose resulting in contact with community paramedics and/or the Clackamas Fire Department or local police to provide community-based recovery support.
