SUMMARY The Peer Support Specialist serves as a member of a collaborative, recovery‑oriented, evidence-based integrated employment service. They work collaboratively with clinical staff, Employment Specialists, and consumer groups. They carry out duties that support the development and implementation of employment strategies and peer support within a person‑centered Recovery Plan. They follow the rules and procedures of the Connecticut Mental Health Center and any other assigned sites, adhering to all policies and procedures for professional services.
