Position Summary The Behavioral Health Technician increases rapport with clients through trauma-informed practices to create a safe, welcoming environment that will offer stabilization, encourage self-sufficiency, independence, and offer basic services and support to move toward a healthier lifestyle. Position Summary Provide peer recovery coaching to individuals in our Mental Health Residential facility who are interested in peer support services. Link participants to recovery resources available in the program and externally. Facilitate groups and education on daily living skills, relapse prevention, coping skills, and recovery. Work closely with case management team to coordinate services. Complete recovery management plan with individuals to assist in goal setting and steps to achieve success. Accurately document each encounter to meet data requirements.
