About The Position
Isaiah House is looking for a dedicated and driven person to take on the role of Peer Support Specialist at our center in Louisville, KY. Isaiah House is a faith-based, nonprofit with a competitive edge, delivering one of the most effective substance use disorder treatment facilities in the state of KY. The peer support specialists at Isaiah House are responsible for assisting clients with their recovery needs daily through the sharing of emotional support. They will be required to facilitate groups and meet with clients in an individual setting very frequently, in addition to the duties and responsibilities listed in the job description. The qualified individuals must be willing to work any shift with occasional change in weekly schedule.
