About The Position

Radiant Health is seeking a compassionate and motivated Peer Support Skills Trainer to join our team! You will serve as a client advocate and role model, empowering individuals to regain control over their lives and recovery journey. By sharing lived experience, offering encouragement, and demonstrating positive social skills, you will help clients set meaningful recovery goals, take practical steps forward, and build on their personal strengths.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Peer Support certification.
• Must have personal, lived experience in their own recovery from addiction, mental illness, or co-occurring substance and mental disorders.
• Minimum recovery time of 1-2 years
• Experience working in behavioral health, social work, case management, or related field preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
