Peer Support Coaches play a vital role in fostering community engagement and supporting clients in their career preparation and workplace success. They are involved in various activities such as attending IMAG Meet and Greets and Community Engagement Outings. Once trained, they conduct goal-specific one-on-one sessions with clients to help them achieve their personal and professional objectives. Additionally, Peer Coaches have the opportunity to participate in out-of-town team events and join in-house workgroups that align with their interests.
