Gratiot Integrated Health Network (GIHN) has an immediate opening for a full-time Peer Support and Recovery Specialist. The Peer Support and Recovery Specialist is responsible for co-facilitating the person-centered planning process and assisting with services and support in the broader community, under the supervision of the Community Supports Program Supervisor. Peer Recovery trained staff must be in active recovery for a minimum of two years, sought treatment from a Community Mental Health Agency and have developed the skills required to utilize what they have learned from their own recovery to help GIHN consumers move toward their own recovery.
