The MAT (Medication Assisted Treatment) Peer Support Advocate works under the direction of the Adult Services Supervisor to provide consistent social support, case management and advocacy services for clients accessing MAT at CommuniCare+OLE and other collaborating agencies. Support for clients includes but is not limited to: strengths-based efforts to facilitating communication between departments/agencies, accessing information, connecting with community, goal-setting, and management of daily tasks.
