About The Position

Reporting to the Hospital Risk Manager and working in partnership with the hospital Chief Executive Officer, Chief of Staff, Medical Peer Review Chairperson, & Chief Nursing Officer to assist to investigate, resolve, document and report patient and visitor concerns.

  • Associate of Science/Arts or Bachelor's degree in health-related field preferred
  • Minimum of 0-1 years
  • Proficient, Excellent Computer Skills
  • Must clear background and drug test required.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate resolution of complaints and grievances of patients, family members, and visitors.
  • Develop, implement, and participate in customer service and patient relations initiatives.
  • Keep hospital-wide policies organized and up to date and ensure review/revise dates are within specified time frames.
  • Provide policy updates periodically to leadership team for distribution.
  • Assists with other policy related and/or Peer Review duties as needed.
