About The Position

Join our team and be a part of something extraordinary as part of our Outpatient program. The Coordinated Specialty Care and Community Integration program
The Coordinated Specialty Care (CSC) and Community Integration program provides comprehensive services, including evidence-based pharmacological treatment, supported employment and education services, individual and group psychotherapy, case management, family therapy, and recovery support in the community and clinical settings. This program services individuals ages 15-35 who have an ESMI diagnosis.

Requirements

• Minimum of an Associates’ degree is preferred; a high school diploma is required
• Must have 2 years’ experience in the guiding principles of recovery that assist individuals to improve health and wellness, live a self-directed life, and to reach full potentials
• Will be required to attend Division of Mental Health and Addiction Services (DMHAS) State mandated trainings delineating peer role functions, competencies, responsibilities, and orientation to DMHAS treatment initiatives.

Nice To Haves

• CPRS (Certified Peer Recovery Specialist) certification is preferred

Responsibilities

• Works with individuals to support and strengthen their capacity to engage in personal recovery through wellness services, development of recovery plans / wellness recovery action plans, education of navigating treatment social services and recovery support programs.
• Provides both face-to-face and telephone support services based on personal choice and maintain aftercare contacts based on agency procedures.
