About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Certified Peer Recovery Specialist or willingness to enroll in training at the first opportunity.
• 1 year of case management experience preferred.
• Driver's License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support to individuals in active use and throughout their recovery process.
• Assist clients in establishing a personalized recovery plan.
• Increase positive social support for clients.
• Advocate on behalf of clients when necessary.
• Serve as a referral source to various service providers in the area.
