About The Position

This full-time pediatric outpatient position specializes in feeding and swallowing dysfunctions . You’ll manage a diverse caseload in our outpatient clinic and also play a key role in our NICU Follow-Up Clinic , helping premature infants meet developmental milestones. Our team works closely with inpatient pediatrics, ensuring children and their families receive seamless, compassionate care.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of pediatric outpatient experience post-CFY (preferred).
• Expertise in pediatric feeding and swallowing disorders .
• ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) .
• Montana SLP license (or ability to obtain within 30 days).
• Graduate of an accredited SLP program.
• CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months).

Nice To Haves

• Minimum of 2 years of pediatric outpatient experience post-CFY

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver individualized therapy plans to help children thrive.
• Perform comprehensive evaluations and ongoing assessments.
• Conduct Modified Barium Swallow Studies (MBSS) for outpatient pediatrics.
• Collaborate with families and care teams to support patient progress.
• Provide clear, timely documentation that meets payer and state guidelines.
• Contribute to team projects and initiatives that enhance rehab services.
