Requirements
- Active RN/LPN license
- Mandated Reporter certificate
- Active CPR card
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
- Monitor and record vital signs and patient health status regularly.
- Provide direct nursing care to children, including assistance with daily living activities.
- Conduct physical examinations and document findings accurately.
- Collaborate with Registered Nurses to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate families on health management and provide support for caregivers.
- Maintain accurate patient records using electronic health record systems.
