Directly or indirectly, you will have exposure to cutting-edge technology and groundbreaking medical research. $55/hr Facilitating and coordinating care by providing evidence-based care based on the nursing process, policies, procedures, and protocols of the Johns Hopkins Health System. Providing direction to/management of other team members to promote quality, safety, and excellence in care. Working collaboratively with, and providing leadership for, a multidisciplinary health care team to support program initiatives that support quality, safety, and excellence in care. Participating in promoting improvement initiatives (clinical, financial, operational) that supports, protects and promotes area of specialty. Implementing initiatives in area of specialty as directed by nursing and medical leadership. Fostering a clinical environment of service excellence. 40hrs per week; 5 days 8:30 am-5 pm Work location is specific to: Baltimore County, MD RN License; housing- Baltimore City or Baltimore County East side Skilled Home & Infusion Nurse Work location is specific to: PG County, Areas of DC, Montgomery County, and Southern Howard County. The RN will provide, coordinate, teach & supervise care for patients in their homes. Must be able to provide skilled evaluation, treatment & care for pediatric patients (newborn through young adults) in accordance with the State of MD & DC Nursing scope of practice. RN home visit assignments: We reimburse for mileage over 25 miles per day. Tolls and parking will be reimbursed.
