About The Position
Refuah Health Center, a multidisciplinary community health center in Spring Valley, NY, seeks a pediatrician to join our established primary and express care team. The pediatrician will provide comprehensive care in an outpatient setting. Refuah Health is a federally qualified health center offering comprehensive care in Rockland and Sullivan Counties. We are over one hundred healthcare professionals strong with three decades’ experience providing unparalleled patient care. Requirements
- Must be board certified (or board eligible within two years of residency)
- Active NYS medical license
- Scheduling flexibility including availability to work mornings and evenings
- Active NYS medical license or the ability to attain one
- Active NY DEA Registration
- Board certification or eligibility in Pediatrics
- Eligible to Work in the US
- BLS certified
Responsibilities
- Examine and treat patients
- Prescribe medications
- Perform therapeutic procedures, such as injections, immunizations, splinting, suturing, wound care, and infection management
- Provide Newborn Nursery Coverage
