Requirements

  • Medical Doctorate with active licensure and board certification or eligibility in Pediatrics.
  • Participation in Medicare, Medicaid, and various state and federal reimbursement programs.
  • Demonstrate a passion for working with adolescents and commitment to ethical practice standards.
  • Fulfill continuing education requirements to maintain licensure and stay abreast of medical advancements.
  • Exhibit cultural competency and sensitivity to diverse populations.
  • Excel in communication with staff, community members, and the public.
  • Adapt to high-pressure scenarios while managing multiple priorities effectively.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred to enhance patient outreach and communication.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and deliver breakthrough treatments to pediatric clients.
  • Maintain flexible work hours to meet the needs of our expanding clinic operations.
  • Develop and refine clinical diagnostic and treatment protocols for enhanced pediatric healthcare.
  • Provide telehealth support to ensure consistent, high-quality care access.
  • Create and advance patient education materials to empower families.
  • Mentor students and oversee non-physician providers to nurture future healthcare leaders.
  • Engage in performance improvement programs and clinical quality assurance initiatives.
  • Advocate for preventive health services, including family planning, in compliance with FQHC standards.
  • Embrace additional responsibilities to support the clinic's mission as needed.
